We are well equipped with a state of the art manufacturing unit. Our sound infrastructural bases enable us to manufacture and supply premium quality knitted garmnets and fabrics in compliance with the latest trends.

CUTTING UNIT

Automated, Computerized cutting m/c's cut with accuracy & repeatability and have been engineered for single, low and high-ply cutting requirments. Precision cutting tools offer the utmost flexibility for hundreds of material applications on all proven solutions, for event the most different cut materials. Cutting unit is equipped with 2 Nos. of Eastman rapter multiply system with fabric spreader.


STITCHING UNIT

The Stitching units are responsible for the final conversion of knitted and woven fabric into garments. We have large numbers of various garment sewing machines and many more see to it that order is done perfectly right down to the last stitch.


TRIMMING SECTION

The trimming work usually done before Final Checking, extra threads are manually trimming by skilled workers.


CHECKING SECTION

All the garments are checked for stain free and passed by our Quality control department befor sending for Ironing.


NEEDLE DEDUCTOR

To make sure that all garments manufacturing unit are free of any broken needle or other metal parts which could cause injury to a person handling the product at any stage of the operation. All garments that need to be checked for metal is passed through metal detecting machine in the finishing department and else where as maybe applicable.


FINISHING SECTION

EMBROIDERY UNIT

Exclusive embroidery machines are used in marketing aesthetic designs through looping, cording, bring and sequencing. A high precision laser cutter is being used in Applique work. Embroidey division is equipped with computerized 9 colour 18/20 head form Barudan machine.


ROTARY PRINTING

The advantages of rotary-screen printing machines over engraved-roller machines include faster production rates, greater ease of setting up and a lower dependence on experience for successful operation. Computer aided design techniques for printing screens are now increasingly widely used. Rotary printing unit is equipped with two advanced machines, printing capacity upto 12 colours.


PLACEMENT PRINTING

We do all kinds of print in-house and make sure its done in minimum costs. We have skilled workforce for the same who are also updated with the latest trends in garment print through special training. Design making, Screen exposing and developments are all done in-house under one roof 2 manual machines and 1 Automatic printing machines installed in our unit.


RO PLANT

The textile units use a number of dyes, chemicals and other materials to impart desired quality to the fabrics. These units generates a substantial quantity of effluents, the quality of which in most of the cases is unsuitable for further use and can cause environmental problems, if disposed of without proper treatment.
